VEGGIES AND FLOWERS: 2022 CSA

We run a very small-scale pilot CSA through which we sell surplus veggies and flower arrangements to local residents.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES (updated weekly)

Greens, mixed: $6/bag

Kale, mixed: $6/bag

Lettuce, small head: $3 ea.

Swiss chard: $5/bunch

Herbs (varies; may include basil, dill, mint, oregano, parsley, sage): $2.50/bunch

Beets: $4/bunch

Bunching onions: $4/bunch

Carrots: $4/bunch

Cucumbers (slicing or pickling): $1.50-$2 ea.

Garlic: $1.50/large bulb; $1 regular bulb

Green beans: $4/pint

Peas: $4/pint

Peppers (sweet or hot): $5/pint

Pumpkins: $2.50 small, $5 medium; large carving pumpkins: $1/lb.

Squash (zucchini and summer): $1.50-$2 ea.

Tomatoes, grape/cherry: $5/pint

Flowers: hand-sized bouquet $6 + tax; vase-sized bouquet $10 + tax (wrapped in kraft paper)

EGGS: $6/dozen ala carte, or $5/dozen subscription or with CSA. There is currently a wait list for eggs.

SYRUP: Birch and maple. Now shipping 2022 season Maple Syrup.
